May has so far been another busy and exciting month for our duo! After several months, we finally returned to West Park, Aldwick, where we participated in the #CaptainTom100 challenge to raise money for Chestnut Tree House, our local children's hospice. We played through our entire set, busking for 100 minutes in the beautiful bank holiday weekend sunshine, which was of course then followed up with a compulsory picnic lunch from the cafe! With the lighter evenings and warmer weather supposedly on the way, we have continued to rehearse regularly and have so far managed to add 3 new songs to our set this year, with a 4th being arranged. With weddings still not quite back in full swing, we are continuing to busk in nearby towns to raise money for local causes. Our charitable ethos has not gone unnoticed either, as we are delighted to announce that our duo was chosen as one of the Couples Choices 2020, by leading wedding industry supplier, Hitched. We are so proud and passionate about our duo and the journey we are on, that moments like this make us very excited to find out what the future has in store!
